SDP (Session Description Protocol) 為了 session 發布、session 邀請、和其它形式多媒體 session 發起來描述多媒體 session。
SDP 定義在 RFC 4566 廢棄 RFC 2327 和 RFC 3266，

<sess-version> 是 this session description 的版本號碼，用途 up to the creating tool，只要當 a modification is made to the session data 時要增加，建議使用 NTP 格式 timestamp。
